Holly has been a part of the Fairhaven family since the late 1980’s after coming to Christ in high school. She graduated from Miami University with a degree in Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs and a minor in Spanish which she used on a short–term mission trip to Mexico City. Holly and her husband are “Miami Mergers” who are raising their two children to become future Redhawks.
Holly loves being with people and has a passion for seeing them come to Christ for the first time. As Director of Administration for Women, she guides and supports the varied women's ministries at Fairhaven. She strives to create an environment which encourages women to connect with God and each other.
Why do you work at Fairhaven?
It is important to me that work be meaningful; to having lasting implications and an eternal goal. It is a privilege to spend my time helping people connect with God and deepen in their relationship with Him.
Your Faith:
I first understood Christ's sacrifice for me when I heard a camp pastor speak on the purpose of the crucifixion at a Young Life camp. I was overwhelmed with the love God must have for me and I wanted to respond in gratitude and faith. God has provided so many opportunities to deepen that faith over the past 25 years and I still love Him dearly today.
Life Verse:
"One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple." Psalm 27:4
