Shelley Dulaney-Anevski
Pastor, Pastoral Care

Having been a part of Fairhaven for over 23 years, Shelley has been involved in some way from missions to Bible studies to children's ministry. She has served on staff with Women's and First Impressions Ministries, and she is currently serving on the Pastoral Care Team. Drawing on her degree from Alliance Theological Seminary in church leadership development as well as her studies at Ashland Theological Seminary in spiritual formation and pastoral care, Shelley's passion is to see the church reach out to those who are hurting.

Raised in a small town in rural southwestern Ohio, Shelley enjoys anything that has to do with nature, including hiking, fishing, and gardening. In her free time she enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends.

Why do you work at Fairhaven?
I love to help connect people to God, to His Word, and to each other. My work at Fairhaven is about impacting the world through relationships ... all for His glory. I have the amazing opportunity to walk alongside people, as we experience God and community life together.

Your Faith:
I asked Jesus into my heart when I was eight years old. Throughout my adult years, I have come to realize that my simple childlike faith was the beginning of what would become a lifelong spiritual journey of twists and turns. God is always good, even in the midst of suffering and trials. Jesus has become my dearest friend and the Holy Spirit is my most faithful companion.

Life Passage:
"Therefore since we have been justified through faith we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God." Romans 5:1-2
