Living the Journey, Sharing the Story

Experiencing the life of God begins in a moment, but takes a lifetime to perfect: it is a journey. Our vision is to become the people God created and called us to be as we travel our journey of faith. But we know it doesn't stop there. Living the journey goes hand in hand with sharing the story, helping others find their way into vibrant faith in Jesus Christ.

There are several ways that Fairhaven can assist you in your journey or help you share your story.

Living the Journey

Adult Education

Every weekend we provide special opportunities to help you grow mature in your faith, and move forward in your journey. Changing quarterly, these classes are often referred to as Food for The Journey. Click here for a full listing of opportunities.

Church Membership

Nobody likes to wander aimlessly or wander alone. To reach a goal, to arrive at a destination, takes commitment and support. We want to come around you as a community of faith and encourage you to make a commitment to Fairhaven through our Commitment to The Journey class. Click here to learn more about membership.

Sharing the Story

Baptism

Water baptism identifies a person as a disciple of Jesus and celebrates passage from the old life into new life in Christ. Simply stated, it is an outward sign of an inward change. Baptism is an incredible opportunity to share your story to those around you. Click here to learn more about Baptism.

Reaching 2

Our lives in Christ come with a responsibility to share our story, to redeem lost people that matter to God. That's why one of our five core values is Outreach: Calling others to Jesus. God has placed a few people in your life that are within your "reach." Click here to learn more about Reaching 2.
