Breakfast with the Next Generation
March 13, 2010, 8:30-10:30 am in the MAC

U.S. Army Captain Jeff Struecker played a lead role in the 1993 military action in Mogadishu, Somalia, that rescued downed helicopter crewmembers and secured the capture of genocidal warlord Mohamed Farrah Aidid. 300,000 Africans died of starvation and massacre in the civil war leading up to this heroic action. This dangerous rescue mission was later portrayed in the national bestselling book and movie, “Black Hawk Down”. Jeff is coming to tell the story in his own words. This event is open to everyone, not just Next Generation ministries. Cost is $15 per family (Pay at the door with cash or check).
