Family Childcare Pass

Fairhaven's Family Childcare Pass program allows unlimited usage of childcare services during the current ministry year for Fairhaven Church ministries for which childcare is provided. The cost for each pass is $30, and it covers all children ages birth through Kindergarten. This pass is non-refundable and is NOT required for childcare during weekend and holiday services.

You do NOT need a family childcare pass if:
  • Your childcare use is limited to weekend services
  • Your children are older than Kindergarten age
  • You have already purchased your family childcare pass earlier in the ministry year (September 1 2011-August 31, 2012)

Throughout the ministry year, when you register for childcare for a specific event, you'll be asked to tell us which of your children you'll be bringing.

FAQs

I purchased my family childcare pass. Does that mean my children are registered for childcare?
No. Paying your fee does not automatically register your child for childcare for a specific event. You must notify us that you will be needing childcare as part of the event registration process. During the registration process, you will also need to give us the names and ages of the children you are bringing to that event. Childcare reservations should be made 7 days prior to each event. Throughout the ministry year, when registering for an event for which you will be using our childcare services, you'll be asked to tell us which children you'll be bringing.

If I have already registered my child for an event but I no longer need childcare, do I need to cancel my reservation?
Yes. If for any reason you are no longer in need of childcare services for an event for which you have already registered, please contact or call the church office (937-434-8627 ext. 145) to cancel.

Does a previously purchased pass cover children born within the ministry year?
Yes. The pass covers all of your children for the duration of the ministry year, but please let us know as your family grows so we can update our records.

If I wait to purchase my pass until mid-year, do I still have to pay $30?
Yes. The cost of the pass remains the same throughout the ministry year. Families are encouraged to purchase their pass early in the ministry year in order to take full advantage of childcare services.
