Thanks for dropping by! We’re so glad you’ve visited the Fairhaven website. While nothing can replace a personal visit to one of our weekend services, we’ve tried to place all the information you might need on these few pages. Being new to a church like Fairhaven can be a bit intimidating, but don’t worry—several thousand others have come before you and they’ve found their way into the life and ministry of a great church. We’ll be here to help you do the same!

For starters, let’s mention our background as a church. As David says in the video, we’ve been together for almost 50 years. We’re a part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), an evangelical denomination with a major emphasis on local and global outreach. The C&MA is a "big tent" where believers of many backgrounds unite, and you’ll find that the same is true at Fairhaven. We have people from all kinds of religious backgrounds who have come together to follow Jesus Christ.

At Fairhaven, we often talk about a central theme to our life as Christians. We want to be “living the journey and sharing the story.” Simply explained, that means that we are all somewhere on a journey of faith in God and as we journey together, we want to share the story of God’s amazing love.

As we travel on the journey, we share some common values that we believe will help us to live healthy, balanced and connected Christian lives:

• Worship: Loving God back
• Community: Experiencing life together
• Equipping: Enabling transformation
• Serving: Caring for others
• Outreach: Calling others to Jesus

That’s a just a brief introduction to who we are. We hope you’ll browse our website, especially the “I’m New” pages, and get a sense of how we live and celebrate our faith together. Here are a few suggestions we hope you won’t miss:

Thanks for dropping by! We’re so glad you’ve visited the Northmont Campus website for Fairhaven Church. While nothing can replace a personal visit to our weekend service, we’ve tried to place all the information you might need on these few pages. Being new to a church can be a bit intimidating; we’ll be here to help you find your way into the life and ministry of our church.

For starters, the Northmont Campus of Fairhaven Church opened on September 12, 2010 with about 30 people. Since that time we’ve seen steady growth as we’ve begun laying the groundwork for a vibrant, effective evangelical church in the Englewood and surrounding communities. Northmont is a video satellite campus of Fairhaven Church and is part of the larger vision for becoming a regional church with many locations like Northmont.

We have a beautiful facility with state-of-the-art technology and an array of ministries to offer you, which you’ll see as you peruse these pages. There is more we would love to do to care for one-another and reach our community, which is where I hope you can help. We have a huge vision for expanding the Kingdom of God and we’d love to have you join us. We hope you’ll give us a chance to meet you and talk about how God wants to work in you and through you as a part of Fairhaven Church at Northmont.

We invite you to attend Meet Fairhaven, an informal orientation that will also provide information on our vision and will answer any questions you may have.
