Together For Good
What keeps families together? What allows a family to endure, to weather the challenges and stay connected? While friends and the media have a tremendous impact in our culture, a faith-filled family can be the most powerful influence for good in our lives and for generations to come.

I Am Jonah
When God speaks and I do nothing, I am Jonah. When I run from God and cannot hide, I am Jonah. When I realize that God's calling transcends my personal preference, I am Jonah. When I experience an unchanging God who is willing to change His actions based on my actions, I am Jonah. When I don't get it, I am Jonah.
Easter
Much of what we do in life is simply our own choice. We have authority, position or desire, which allows us to do things, "because we can." Sometimes that doesn't work out so well, which we'll see from King David's life. Easter celebrates the pivotal point in history where God erases the stupid choices we've made just because we could. Through Jesus' crucifixion, death and resurrection we can have peace separation from penalty into promise. You might say, "Because He did, we can!"
The Opposite Way
God has always led people to follow him in an exodus; to leave something behind; to walk away from or give up something that gets in the way of their relationship with him. He calls us to go "the opposite way." What kind of exodus is he calling us to? What is it that we need to leave behind?
Six Degrees Within Reach
Did you know you're only six people away from knowing and reaching anyone in the world who needs Christ? It's the principle of "six degrees of separation," and we all play an important part. Discover yours as Pastor Merari, Lucky and Tono Rodriguez share about their vibrant ministry in San Lucas, Guatemala.
Terms of Endearment
Is it reasonable that God would create us for relationships and yet just let us "figure it out" on our own? When it comes to dating, marriage and sex, is God silent? Are we left with Kim Kardashian or The Bachelor to learn how to relate to the opposite sex? Of course not. Tucked carefully in the middle of our Bible is the Song of Songs, filled with Terms of Endearment, to guide us in all of our relationships!
A Year In Review
God tells us that His plans for our lives and for His church are immeasurable. We only need to trust Him! But when you look carefully, many things are quite measurable. We can measure the number of people who surrendered to Jesus, were baptized; the number of people we helped, served, and supported; and even the percentage of our financial increase. How is it immeasurable? A Year In Review.
When God Shows Up
The angel said, "I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people." Really? Christmas will "cause" great joy? Most of us understand that Christmas is a time of joy with family, food, parties and gifts, but is there more? There is SO much more When God Shows Up. Come and hear the part of the Christmas story you haven't heard!
From Hear to There
We've just spent six weeks hearing great theology and sound doctrine. We've examined truths so deep that they make our heads hurt. What do we do now? Let's talk this weekend about the application of truth and how truth becomes real in our lives.
Global Impact Weekend
"For God so loved the world ..." Many of us have known John 3:16 by heart since childhood. However, the problem with an old, familiar favorite is that we forget to meditate on the verse and wrestle with its implications for our lives. Come take a new look at John 3:16!
Versus
Turn on the TV, open a book, read a newspaper or magazine, and you can't help hearing cultural voices talking about God, Jesus, the Church, salvation, and the end of time. How do we sort out truth and theology? It's their voices VERSUS the voice of the Bible. Who will we listen to?
Essentials
Fairhaven has a lot to offer! But what are the things that every person who calls Fairhaven home should make a priority? What are the essentials? If you jump in and get involved, or want to grow, or begin sharing with others who Jesus is - what are the ESSENTIALS? Come find out!
Freedom
Sin is addicting so it is no wonder that the Bible says, "all have sinned." That means that all of us fight with unhealthy, unwanted, ungodly ways of handling life. We all have hang-ups, hurts and habits. Jesus teaches us that when we are willing to make the right choices, He will give us FREEDOM!
Refresh
Summer! Usually a time when people take a break and go on vacation to get "refreshed" Could there be something better than a vacation? Something that would affect home, work, church and our everyday lives? Solomon says there is! A two-week series about the ultimate "refresh."
Moral of the Story
Jesus was a master storyteller! Stories weren't just for the sake of entertainment. There was always a "moral of the story." Come and hear stories from Jesus.
