Spirit Song

As we've done the past few years, we'll returned to the church each night to sleep and shower. Rather than setting a return time for Saturday night, we'll have the students call their parents and let them know when we are leaving the park. Registration is available at Common Ground Online or you can pick up a registration form at the childrens info center or the Student Ministries Info Wall outside the Student Ministries room.

MSM Day Camp

Wednesday, August 6-9 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Cost is $10 per day. The MSM Day Camp is a great way to introduce our incoming 6th graders to Middle School Ministry. This will be their first official event! However, it is open to all incoming 6,7,8 graders. Students are free to come and go as needed during this camp. The cost of $10 per day covers lunch, snacks and all the supplies needed to make this the killer event it is. It's been a great success in the past and we're sure it's only going to get better.

Elevate

Wednesday nights from 7-8:30pm
Elevate is a midweek party with a spiritual twist. There is food, live music from a student band, games, giveaways and much more. This is a time for all our students (6th, 7th and 8th) to be together, to learn together, to play together, and to be entertained together.

Crossroads

Sunday mornings from 9:15-10:45
Crossroads is an interactive gathering that happens every Sunday morning. It offers three big elements to experience when students:

  • Connect by making new friends during our hangout times
  • Enjoy laughing with us during our videos and large group games
  • Connect through the worship and teaching elements

D-Teams

Sunday evenings from 6:30-8pm
In a large group of people, it can be difficult to feel connected, to feel a part of things, and to find someone to talk with. Therefore, we have smaller groups named: D-Teams (Discipleship Teams). The groups consist of 6-8 students and 1-2 leaders.

Commit

Saturday's 10am till 12:30pm starting April 12th
Commit is an opportunity for middle school students to have a voice in the planning of the ministry and grow through servant leadership. It is open to every 6-8 grader.

Middle School Praise Team

Wednesday nights from 5-6:30pm
The Middle School praise team is led by Glenn Priest and Andrew Nicholl, and leads worship at Elevate events. If you have a desire to sing or know how to play an instrument, this is the place for you. Please contact if you are interested.

We also have a tech team. This consists of a group of students that want to learn and operate the sound equipment and the visual equipment that we use in our ministry.
