About myHaven

At Fairhaven, we've implemented a database software package called Fellowship One. Through this software you can do things such as update your contact information, register for an event or study and make an online donation. "myHaven" is the name we've given this collection of pages you can use to interact with Fellowship One.

Campuses

Each of our Fairhaven Church campuses has their own separate databases. If you need to interact with multiple campuses for the purpose of online giving or registration, you will need to create an account with each campus individually through the "Create an account" process.

Privacy

Your information is held securely by the Fellowship One system at all times. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties by Fellowship One or Fairhaven Church.

Security

The Fellowship One system allows us to provide you access to several different areas of your personal information. Fellowship One provides all of the security for the system. This system is used by churches throughout the country and has been fully tested by them.

Fellowship One uses the latest data encryption technology. The following statement is from their security documentation:

"[the system] utilizes the most current encryption technology to maintain the security of your data. Every parameter passed in the hyperlinks is fully encrypted. Additionally, the Login module handles passwords using what is known in technical terms as salted hash. In laymen’s terms, this means it would take 50 computers (running constantly) continuously presenting password combinations four years to discover the password."

Processing

Using online giving, contributions are processed at the time you select when setting up the contribution. You will receive an email confirmation when the contribution is processed.

Using registrations, payments are processed immediately after registration. You will be emailed with a confirmation of your registration and payment.

Refunds

If you need a refund for an online registration payment, please contact in the church office (937-434-8627 ext. 121). Refunds for event registrations will only be given prior to the scheduled event.

Using online giving, you can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled. You do not need to contact the church office to change a scheduled online payment before it is processed. Once the contribution has been processed, however, it cannot be cancelled.
