FWBS Summer '12 -
Invincible Love, Invisible War

Show Details

7 weeks, Tuesdays, June 12-July 24, 6:30 AM, 9:30 AM or 7:00 PM (Childcare not offered for 6:30 AM session)

This dynamic seven-week study unravels the threads of the invisible war we all face and the victory available through God's invincible love. It answers questions such as: If God loves me, why is life such a battle? Is there ever an end to the war? The DVD set features powerful real-life stories and excellent teachers who clearly present God's Biblical plan to win your personal battles. Each teaching session, based on one of six divisions of Scripture, teaches us about our war against sin and about Jesus, the Ultimate Warrior.

• Old Testament History: God is our Sovereign King
• Old Testament Writings: God is our Wisdom
• Old Testament Prophecy: God is our Judge
• New Testament History: Jesus is our Savior
• New Testament Writings: Jesus is our Teacher
• New Testament Prophecy: Jesus is our coming Victorious King

The corresponding workbook reveals God's Word in fresh ways through five days of insightful home study per week. It explains that Jesus is your victorious warrior in battles with sin, Satan, and the world system. The study also provides tools to enable you to stand firm in the face of temptation, loss, guilt, fear, and confusion. Please purchase book prior to the start of class in Common Ground for $16.
