Live @ the MAC Expectations

Live @ the MAC is a positive place and expects all artists to be respectful of the students that attend our concerts. The use of profanity, vulgarity, sexually explict or violent behavior/lyrics while performing on stage will not be tolerated.

Live @ the MAC is not an appropriate place for you to rant about your political, religious or social views. We fully encourage all artists to write music that reflects their beliefs and values, but the Live @ the MAC event and stage is not an appropriate place for preaching. Concerts are about the music. We appreciate it and want your audience to appreciate it too.

Promotion

When/if your band is scheduled for a Live @ the MAC event, we expect that you will help us promote. You are expected to distribute at least 200 flyers, post the date on your MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter accounts to let your fans know about your show. Flyers will be provided by Next Generation Ministries in cooperation with Hello Media. Quickest way to gain respect of a venue? Bring 100 in on your own.
